 We honor adult learners and offer small-cohort "Circles" with a menu of topics so cohorts can focus on what matters most to their teams. 

Classroom modeling is available as an optional component. So staff can see techniques in vivo, in real time, during their class or a colleague's class. 

We understand time is a precious commodity; therefore, we do offer whole-staff, large-group, or whole district trainings - in addition to small-cohort circles. 

Leaders can choose from a menu of topics, or we can customize a training series tailored to your school.

Our coaching model is rooted in ACT to help leaders, teachers, and parents learn to focus on what matters most and how to move forward by taking personalized, committed actions. ACT is behavior-analytic in nature, focused on behavior change, data, and science. 

We help prioritize values, motivations, problem solve, and move forward towards what matters most, no matter what. Especially when times get tough - and when it comes to education, it's not a matter of IF,  it is a matter of when, because times DO get tough.

ACT for Educators is combined with Organizational Behavioral Management (OBM); both are data- and evidence-based behavior-analytic specialties that get to the root of behaviors.  And just about everything is a behavior.
